Who is responsible for your data?

The data controller is Mathis Mariot, sole proprietor (Maison COMAWA). For any question about your data: contact@maisoncomawa.com.

What data, why and for how long?

Contact form and emails. Name, email address, subject and message, to answer your request (project, quote, press). Legal basis: your request, and the legitimate interest in answering professional enquiries. Retention: three years after the last exchange.

Quotes, orders and invoicing. Contact details, delivery address and order description, to prepare the quote, make and deliver the piece and invoice it. Legal basis: performance of the contract and legal obligations. Retention: the length of the contract, then ten years for accounting records.

Audience measurement. Anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, country, device type) provided by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookie and no personal identifier. Retention: according to the tool’s settings, 25 months at most.

Cookies and trackers

The website uses no advertising cookies and does not follow you from site to site. It sets no cookie and stores no information in your browser.

Audience measurement is anonymous and set up to be exempt from consent under the CNIL guidelines, so no cookie banner is needed. If this changes, you will be informed and your consent will be requested before anything is stored.

Who receives your data?

Your data is neither sold nor transferred. It is handled by Mathis Mariot and by the technical providers needed to run the website: the host (Cloudflare), the email service (OVH) and Web3Forms, the service that forwards the contact form by email (messages are kept there for 30 days at most).

Where a provider is located outside the European Union, the transfer is covered by the safeguards provided by the GDPR (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).

Your rights

You may ask for access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of or objection to its processing, and its portability, and withdraw any consent at any time. Write to contact@maisoncomawa.com: you will receive an answer within one month.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France).

Security and changes to this text

Exchanges with the website are encrypted (HTTPS) and access to messages is password-protected. This policy may change; the date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
